Sign up for the Fit-U Bootcamp!  Six weeks, two times a week you’ll have fun while getting fit.  $100 for the course.  Add 1 spin class session per week for the 6 weeks for $50 more.

SEMI-PRIVATE SMALL GROUP TRAINING

This is our pride and joy at FitU. These classes are up to 6 people max and are led by the highest qualified coaches. We take personal training very seriously and we strive for only the highest quality functional strength and conditioning training. We work with all populations and specialize in helping people with all types of joint pain including back pain, knee pain, hip pain, shoulder issues etc. We are very good at helping clients achieve their goals whether that be Weight Loss, muscle gain,rehabilitation,  or performance enhancement.

 

Bronze Membership $160/month
• Includes 2 semi-private small group personal training sessions a week (8 a month) with a coach. Very focused, intensive training. 6 people max per group
• Includes a full training protocol containing a customized meal plain, weekly check ins, supplement guide, and cardio regiment
• Includes unlimited access to our large group classes such as bootcamps and yoga.

Silver Membership $240/month
• Includes 3 semi private small group personal training sessions a week (12 a month) with a coach. Very focused intensive training. 6 people max per group.
• Includes a full training protocol containing a customized meal plain, weekly check ins, supplement guide, and cardio regiment
• Includes Access to unlimited large group classes like bootcamps and yoga

Gold Membership $320/month
• Includes unlimited small group personal training sessions a week with a coach. Very focused intensive training. 6 people max per group
• Includes a full training protocol containing a customized meal plain, weekly check ins, supplement guide, and cardio regiment
• Includes Access to unlimited large group classes like bootcamps and yoga

Platinum Membership $600/month
• Includes 3 private One-on-one personal training session a week with a coach. This is for specialized training and is full private.
• Includes a full training protocol containing a customized meal plain, weekly check ins, supplement guide, and cardio regiment
• Includes Access to unlimited large group classes like bootcamps and yoga.

Weight Loss Solution Membership $50/ month. Includes the following:
• Unlimited access to all large group classes including 3 Bootcamps, yoga, and dance fitness
• 30 minute fitness assessment with a coach every month to assess weight, BMI, body fat percentage, and goal setting
• A customized meal plan
• FitU t-shirt upon achieving first goal

LARGE GROUP CLASSES

 

BOOTCAMP

Bootcamp is a large group class at FitU that consists of high intensity, fat burning weight training and cardio through the use of plyometrics, Medicine ball work, calisthenics, and High Intensity Interval Training. Our Bootcamps are led by an instructor with great music and high energy. Come try it out for free!

YOGA

Our yoga at FitU is taught by the amazing Jennifer Ramos. She used a traditional approach to yoga and has designed her class to accommodate beginners and intermediate levels. Come try it out on Saturdays from 10-11:30. Free for FitU members and only $10 drop in rate.

DANCE FITNESS

(soon to come)

Our dance fitness class is taught by a Jennifer Ramos and is essentially Zumba with more functional fitness movements incorporated into it. This is a great class to burn fat and have fun while doing it. Come shake it with Jen every Saturday at 12pm.
